🧚 The Fairy Gardeners Event Refund & Cancellation Policy

We can't wait to celebrate with you! Because every Fairy Gardeners event is thoughtfully prepared with personalized materials, food, activities, and staffing, we have the following cancellation policy:

 

🌸 Cancellation & Refunds

 

🌼 7 or more days before your event:

• Receive a full refund of all payments. 

 

⏳ 72 hours to 6 days before your event:

 

• Receive a 50% refund.

 

🚫 Less than 72 hours before your event or same-day cancellations: No refund will be issued.

 

☔ Weather🌦️ If unsafe weather makes an outdoor event impossible, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge, subject to availability.

👧 Guest Count

• 🌿 Final guest counts are due 7 days before your event. After that time, we are unable to reduce the guest count or issue refunds for guests who are unable to attend.
