🧚 What is included with a Fairy Gardeners event?
Every event includes exclusive access to our enchanting garden, beautifully styled décor, hosting, setup and cleanup, and the experiences listed in your selected package.
📍 Where are you located?
Our enchanting garden is located in Walnut Creek, California, where we host most of our experiences. We also offer Fairy Gardeners on the Go, bringing the magic to homes, parks, schools, and venues throughout the San Francisco East Bay.
👨👩👧 Do parents need to stay during children's parties?
Parents are welcome to relax and enjoy the celebration or leave to run errands and return at the scheduled pickup time. We ask that a parent or designated adult remain reachable throughout the event.
🎂 What types of events do you host?
We host children's fairy parties, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation celebrations, retirement parties, corporate gatherings, Fairy Garden Soirées, and other private events.
👨👩👧 Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
Guest minimums and maximums vary by event type. Contact us for details based on your celebration.
📅 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance to reserve your preferred date.
🌧️ What happens if it rains?
If weather makes an outdoor event unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your event based on availability.
🍽️ Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes! Please let us know about any dietary needs when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your guests.
🌸 Can I add optional experiences?
Absolutely! Popular upgrades include flower bars, flower crowns, garden picnic meals, botanical activities, and living floral backdrops.
📸 Can I take photos?
Yes! Our gardens are designed with beautiful photo opportunities throughout the property. We encourage guests to capture and share their magical memories.
🎁 Can I bring my own decorations?
You're welcome to bring small personal touches, but our garden is already beautifully decorated to create an enchanting experience. Please check with us before bringing additional décor.
🅿️ Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available , but limited. We recommend carpooling, and if the lot is full we recommend parking on Cedarbrook Court nearby.
👟 What should guests wear?
We recommend comfortable shoes suitable for walking on garden paths and weather-appropriate clothing. Layers are encouraged for evening events.
♿ Is the garden accessible?
Please contact us before booking if anyone in your party has accessibility needs so we can discuss the best accommodations.
💳 When is payment due?
A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your event. Details will be provided during booking.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
• 🌼 7 or more days before your event: Full refund.
• ⏳ 72 hours to 6 days before your event: 50% refund.
• 🚫 Less than 72 hours before your event or same-day cancellations: No refund.
🧚 Can Fairy Gardeners come to my home?
Yes! We offer select mobile fairy experiences where we bring the magic, activities, and educators to your home or venue.
