Cancellation Policy
We're thrilled you're considering The Fairy Gardeners for your special event! To ensure a smooth and magical experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below. The Fairy Gardeners Booking Policy Minimum Guests: A minimum of 10 people are required to book a private garden party with The Fairy Gardeners. Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled party time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee (details provided upon booking confirmation). Payment: At time of booking. What's Included: Each curated garden party includes: Access to our beautiful garden setting. All materials for building your own fairy houses or other arrangements. A tea service. Release of Liability By booking an event with The Fairy Gardeners, you acknowledge and agree that The Fairy Gardeners, its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or death that may occur during your participation in our events or while on our premises. All guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors accompanying them.
